Customized Apparel – No Returns or Exchanges
Because all GetSporty.ai products are fully customized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any customized items, unless the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or error on our part (e.g., incorrect size, misspelled name, or wrong design).
Please double-check your order details—including sizes, names, numbers, and artwork—before submitting, as we cannot make changes after production begins.
Damaged or Defective Items
