Millions of sports uniforms are sold every year in the ~$8B US sports apparel market. Most of them are cookie cutter, plain Jane, boring uniforms. SPORTY's easy to use technology allows teams design custom uniforms that stand out and capture the essence of their team's fighting spirit.
Designing and keeping up with team uniform orders every season is challenging. A typical league will have 20+ teams, across 7+ divisions, serving hundreds of athletes; that’s a lot to manage as an organization. Every single player needs their own unique jersey with the right size, color, mascot, and number. Once you have everything sorted out, there are late registrations, team changes, size adjustments, and number corrections to accommodate. We have coached, we have managed leagues, we have been in charge of uniform orders -- we have felt the headaches. That’s why we built SPORTY to handle all these moving pieces from the outset, because they are guaranteed to happen. We've been in your shoes, we know how hard it is, and we want your energy to go to your coaches, your community, and your players. We built SPORTY to make uniforms easy for you.

Meet the Co-Founders
Aaron Greco
CEO & Co-Founder
Aaron was a high school student athlete -- California state champion in wrestling, valedictorian, and all league in football. He went on to Columbia University, where he continued to wrestle and earned all-Ivy League honors. Aaron's entire career has focused on building great technology to make people’s lives easier and more fun. After several years in financial services and global travel, he co-founded and was CEO of Treering, a leading EdTech company for 14 years, where he pioneered on-demand custom printing space. Aaron has worn many volunteer hats in youth sports: league president, head coach, assistant coach, uniform coordinator, officials coordinator, registrar, scheduler, and tournament director. He loves creating a great environment for his two daughters to play, watching them learn the invaluable life lessons that sports provide, and giving back to his community.
William Chidyausiku
CTO & Co-Founder
William played competitive soccer all through his youth and high school years. He went on to graduate from Stanford University with a BS in Computer Science. Aaron hired him at Treering, his first job out of Stanford, where William excelled at solving the most complex problems of scaling a fast growing on-demand print technology. William's leadership skills grew as the company grew and he quickly became a Principal and Engineering Lead. William enjoys competing in the Bay Area Semi-Pro soccer scene, and when he's not building SPORTY’s technology or on the field playing, William delights in coaching his three sons' soccer teams.
Our Story
Aaron has spent his entire career in tech and on-demand printing, but spent his afternoons volunteer coaching and helping to run the non-profit sports leagues his daughters participated in. In addition to coaching, Aaron was asked to volunteer on the board. He was voted league president, and had to take over as uniforms coordinator after another board member refused to continue doing it. After trying a number of uniform providers and being constantly frustrated by the offline back and forth slow nature of the process and never having uniforms before their first games, he knew a better solution had to be created. Aaron knew he needed an incredible developer to build what he envisioned. His first call was to William. William immediately joined him as Co-Founder & CTO. Initially founded as Rally Cap Technologies, they were accepted into Stanford's prestigious StartX startup accelerator program where they honed their vision and set out to build what would become SPORTY.
